Boarding at Ashford

Boarding has been an integral part of the School since it was founded in 1898 and currently accounts for a third of the Senior School's population.

Travel

Facilities

Boarders at Ashford enjoy extensive, recently renovated facilities and a wide range of activities. The girls' boarding accommodation is in Brabourne House, next to the indoor swimming pool, while accommodation for boys is in Brooke House and in Alfred House on the west side of the campus.

The majority of Sixth Formers have their own rooms with en-suite bathroom (basin, toilet and shower) whilst pupils in lower years share rooms with one or two other boarders of a similar age.
