Boarding life starts at age 10 at Ashford School where pupils can enjoy a range of boarding options: flexi, weekly or full.

Extensive refurbishment works have recently been completed in our dedicated Junior Boarding House, Brooke & Refuge and we are delighted to welcome our first junior boarders from the start of the new academic year, September 2011.

With a homely feel, Brooke & Refuge mixes traditional features and cosy rooms with modern kitchens and relaxation areas for children and their house parents. Take a look at our Gallery for a taste of the activities our boarders enjoy.

Set in the beautiful grounds of the Senior School where there is a thriving after-school life, we want children first and foremost to feel that Brooke & Refuge is their second home. Boys are accommodated in Brooke House with girls in the adjoining Refuge. Company for our younger boarders is important and so they each share a room with a friend. After supper there is time to socialise with friends or join in an evening activity such as swimming, table tennis, craft or pizza-making. Come for a tour to see how your child could fit in.
