Yeomen House raised over £137 on Friday selling cakes in aid of the Childrens' Heart Federation. From Eccles cakes to chocolate eclairs, every spongy delight was speedily bought by staff and students with a sweet tooth.
The cakes were kindly donated by Year 7 parent, Mr Hoskins which meant that the maximum donation could be made from the profits. Cakes were sold over 2 stalls at the school, keeping Yeomen staff and pupils very busy! A big thanks to all involved.
The Children's Heart Federation is the leading children’s heart charity working to meet the needs of children and young people with heart conditions and their families. Find out more information by visiting www.childrens-heart-fed.com.
