Teddy's everywhere!

Teddy Bears and toddlers were enchanted on Saturday afternoon with the fun and activities at the teddy bear's picnic held by the Nursery class at Ashford Friars Prep School.

With activities and games for everyone to be entertained, children from the local area glittered, glued and played whilst parents had the chance to chat and swap stories and take a tour around the new school and nursery facilities.

Teachers were on hand to answer questions and lead activities and there were stories every fifteen minutes in the reading room for those who wanted a bit of quiet!

There was a 'name the teddy' competition and picnic in the new school hall and after their fun filled afternoon, every child left with a balloon and Ashford Friars Bear; Freddy Teddy.

A huge success, this fun filled day is in line to become an annual event.
