Running circles round the rest

On Saturday 13th March 46 pupils from Ashford Friars Prep School competed in the Kent Primary Schools’ Cross Country event at the University of Kent in Canterbury with some spectacular results.

There were 200+ runners in each race and many of the Prep School pupils were placed in the top 10 finishers and won some team awards for their efforts. The Year 4 boys were placed 3rd in the team event and the Year 6 girls had an excellent day winning the team competition and then going on to win the B team event!
