All the Fun of the Christmas Fayre

  This year, the Ashford School PTA held their Christmas fayre and Teddy Bears Picnic at Ashford Friars prep School. It was an extremely busy and thoroughly enjoyable day. This year there was an ice-rink which proved to be very popular, all sorts of different stalls including hats and scarves, books, jewellery, paintings, cakes and many more. Both the Ashford School and the prep school choirs sang beautifully and Father Christmas made an appearance!

The Teddy Bears Picnic was great fun with stories being read all morning, playtime in the Nursery and then a picnic at lunchtime.

The Xmas factor singing competition was won by Manisha Kumar-Reddy in Year 5. As the winner she won 4 tickets to the X Factor finalist's tour at Wembley Stadium.

One visitor said: "There was a real buzz to the day and I think it was the best one yet with so much happening"
