Cooking up a Storm

Two of Ashford School's year 9 students competed in the Kent Young Chef Competition.  This is the second time that Lana has made it to the final stage of the competition. Last year one of Lana's prizes was to spend a day with Richard Phillips in the kitchen at his restaurant.

In addition to making this year's final of the Kent young Chef Competition, Sophie was last year's winner at the Ashford Rotary Cooking Competition. Congratulations must go to Lana and Sophie who performed to a very high standard in the final of the Kent Young Chef competition.  Both girls are exceptionally talented chefs and we look forward to hearing of more kitchen successes!
