Ashford Friars Prep School’s swimming team has triumphed in a competition against Dulwich College Prep School.
The boys and girls competed in the sun on Friday afternoon with the Ashford Friars team taking the trophy with a total of 166 points. The Dulwich team left with 144.
There were categories for both Under 8s and Under 9s and competitors had to show off their skills in backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle. There were also some relays.
The pool’s covers were drawn back for the competition to make the most of the sunshine and the teams were cheered on by a crowd of fellow pupils, parents and teachers.
