The refectory was buzzing as around 160 people enjoyed a superb evening of delicious Mexican food, which included spicy chicken quesadillas, and herb crusted hoki tostada, carefully prepared by the school's caterers, The Brookwood Partnership.
"This was our second themed meal," said Head of Boarding Mark Single. "The first was held in February to celebrate Chinese New Year.
"One of the school's chefs is experienced in Mexican cooking so he offered to cook for this event - and it went down very well!"
The catering team got into the spirit of the evening by decorating the dining room with Mexican flags and they used authentic Mexican ingredients in the food.
