Another Amnesty Award

Congratulations to Ashford School Amnesty Group who have scooped another award.

The dedicated team have been presented with the award for the Most Regular Fundraisers in UK schools for 2010-11.

Amnesty volunteer John Murphy presented the trophy in morning assembly. There are regular fundraising events for Amnesty throughout the year at Ashford School including a talent show, ties and tights day, cake sale, reindeer raffle and a collection of 50ps to celebrate Amnesty's 50th anniversary.

The accolade comes after Ashford School won the trophy for the Best Fundraising Event in UK schools in 2009-10.
