Wraparound Care
We offer a variety of Wraparound Care options for our pupils at Ashford Prep School, details of which can be found below. Sessions can be booked using our SOCS booking system. Charges are added to the school fee invoice.
For 2023/24 Academic Year
Nursery
Breakfast Club:
- Open from 07:30 – 08:00
- £4.00 per session or part thereof.
After Nursery Day supervision:
- 15:00 – 18:00 – £6.00 per hour
- 18:00 – 18:30 – £6.00
Pre-Prep
Breakfast Club:
- Open from 07:30 – 08:00.
- To supervise children prior to the start of School at 08:00, this includes supervising children who arrive on the early morning bus at 07:45.
- Children are offered a choice of breakfast cereals and juice.
- Each session is charged at £4 for the whole or part thereof.
After School Club:
- Timings: 16:00 – 18:30.
- The children will be provided with a snack tea and supervised until collection.
- Sessions are charged from 16:00 – 17:00 £6.00 for the whole or part thereof.
- 17:00 – 18:30 £6.00 for the whole or part thereof.
Prep school
Breakfast Club:
- Open from 07:30 – 08:00.
- To supervise children prior to the start of School at 08:00, this includes supervising children who arrive on the early morning bus at 07:45.
- Children are offered a choice of breakfast cereals and juice.
- Each session is charged at £4 for the whole or part thereof.
After School Club:
- Timings: 17:00 – 18:30.
- Children will be provided with a biscuit or fruit snack.
- Sessions are charged at £6.00 for the whole or part thereof.
