🏆 U11A Regional Champions! 🏆

A huge congratulations to our U11A team, who have been crowned Regional Champions and have secured their place at the National Finals next May!

The boys were outstanding throughout the day, winning five of their seven group matches and drawing one to finish top of their group ahead of strong opposition.

The knockout stages brought plenty of drama. After conceding in the opening 30 seconds of their semi-final, the team fought back to level the match and then held their nerve to win on penalties.

The final was just as tense. Having gone behind in the first minute, the boys responded brilliantly to equalise early on and pushed hard for a winner. With the match ending 1-1, it went to penalties, where an incredible sudden-death shootout saw Ashford emerge victorious after eight penalties.

A fantastic achievement and a day to remember. We look forward to cheering them on at the National Finals in May!
