Ashford School has long established partnership with FareShare Kent and the Ashford Family Foodbank. Spearheaded by Reverand Richard Bellamy, pupil leadership in supporting this vital work has increased year on year.
In 2023 Year 12 pupils led the harvest donation campaign which you can read about here. This Year, prefects Emily & Vanessa, inspired by their time volunteering in the FareShare warehouse, have, alongside their peers taken part in a food glean on a local farm, made a short documentary film, and presented to the school about the continued need for support. |
House Charities | Each year our four school houses are allocated one ‘house day’ to raise money for their nominated charity. This year the following charities are being supported.
