Self-Defence Workshop Day. A fantastic opportunity to equip your teen and pre-teen with the tools needed to walk with confidence in urban situations. Delivered by expert instructors, who are passionate about empowering people to navigate challenging situations and be able to walk our streets safely with the tools to protect themselves.

We have worked with the team at Kent Self-Defence to create a bespoke workshop, with age and gender specific sessions to benefit all. Despite the serious nature of the content, the instructors will use humour and a relaxed environment to ensure that content is delivered in a fun and engaging way.

You will receive a certificate upon completion of the day’s requirements.
