Self-Defence Workshop Day. A fantastic opportunity to equip your teen and pre-teen with the tools needed to walk with confidence in urban situations. The course will be delivered by expert instructors, Bob Dodds and Gareth Pears, who are passionate about equipping young people with the essential tools to enable them to navigate the streets confidently and safely.  

Bob Dodds is a black belt in Karate and an experienced cage fighter and Gareth Pears brings extensive experience in close protection for high-profile clients, including Johnny Depp, Beyoncé, and various Love Islander ‘celebrities’.

We have worked with the team at Kent Self-Defence to create a bespoke workshop, with age and gender specific sessions to benefit all. Despite the serious nature of the content, the instructors will use humour and a relaxed environment to ensure that content is delivered in a fun and engaging way.

You will receive a certificate upon completion of the day’s requirements.
