Airport Transfers

We make use of the services of ETM Cars to manage our airport transfers. There are specific meeting points for students to meet their drivers when they come into the arrival halls after their flight.

Airport/Terminal	Meeting Point
Heathrow Terminal 2	To the left of the exit into T2 arrivals hall, behind the barrier. The driver will have an ‘Ashford School’ sign
Heathrow Terminal 3	In front of Boots in the arrival hall. The driver will have an ‘Ashford School’ sign
Heathrow Terminal 4	In front of Costa Coffee, the driver will have a sign
Heathrow Terminal 5	In front of Costa Coffee, the driver will have a sign
Gatwick South Terminal	In front of Costa Coffee
Gatwick North Terminal	In front of Costa Coffee
London City Airport	In front of WH Smith
Stansted & Luton Airport	Smaller airports with only one small arrival hall so students should see our driver with an ‘Ashford School sign

Mobile Phones

The students MUST have their mobile phones switched on when they land so that their drivers can contact them if they cannot find them or if they are delayed at passport control.

If they do not have their phone switched on, they may be liable to a waiting charge if the driver cannot contact them after waiting for one hour after landing.
